hey heyyyyy!!! i'm finally back to blogging!! and guess where?? =p

this is my third official day at TP... things are going quite well i guess.... i have a whole cubicle to myself... like a super BIG SPACE! will show u the pics when it's uploaded. haha. plus, there's FREE and UNLIMITED SUPPLY of stationery.. AND AND... unlimited internet access! i thought it was intranet at first, but hey..i can surf virtually any website. i have a new email account too. haha.... life's good.... my job scope is super varied though... i'm doing anything from data entry to liaising with schools for the marketing outreaches that we'll be holding. i'm still currently understudying this guy who's leaving the dept in a few weeks time... he'll be going back to teach. so cool rite? so me and another temp staff will take over his whole job scope. AND its ALOT. i foresee that i'll be very busy the next couple months... but for this first week, i'm still pretty relaxed... all my colleagues are too busy to teach me or brief me about anything... =p

and wait.. let me make a disclaimer... i did not NOT do anyting ok?!! on my VERY FIRST day, or shld i say in the first 3 hours of work, i had to follow the guy i was understudying to 2 secondary schools to promote the events tt'll be happening at TP! it wasn't tt bad... and yest, we went to another 3 schs... my superior just asked if i'm ok with going myself for the future ones. haha. i told her no prob..it's actually pretty easy, but just thinking to myself tt it's quite a fast change. guess tt's work. and tt's wat i like abt work. u get to brainstorm and come up with an idea, but wat's really gratifying and rewarding is the realization of the idea. to bring it from birth stage to actual reality. i hope.. no, i want to do that. cos it's so amazing... u get to change things.. u get to contribute UR ideas... =)

for those who have no idea... TP offered me a temp 6 mth position at corporate communications dept... and i guess it will be a gd introduciton to marketing... i'm still debating whether to go into marketing or finance.... these are the 2 areas that i wanna further explore... but now.. i'm quite content to be where i am.


oh.. and did i mention there's time to browe thru mags and newspapers too? i'm becoming more learned and up to date here. haha.
