just a random blog... felt like jotting down my thoughts...

juz prepared lessons for cell tmr.. and determined to be early and prepared. so am gonna head straight to bed after this!

chapter 5 of health and longevity's about the life of job.. no prizes for guessing what he went thru.. and no idea how it links to health and longevity too. heh. but oh wells.. guess wat's so poignant is the fact that despite all the setbacks and suffering, he didn't blame God. no doubt he questioned why... but he trusted in God all the way. and the lesson from the book of job that blew me away for a while is that in all, God is still sovereign. EVEN IF God did not restore to Job all that he had and even more, there was no question to doubt that God was in full control. despite allowing the sufferings and the pain. that itself made me pause.

and think.

and i realised that in the midst of busyness... of seemingly trying to catch up with life and never-ending work (or so i thought), i've lost tracked of eternity. lost track of what is priceless and precious in this life. my focus had gone all blurry and haywired. sighs.

if Job.. in all his pain and suffering, can rise above the storm.. what is my small little problem?

if i truly believed that God arranged for this job that i have, and i DO truly believe it's from Him, then i believe He will give me the perserverance and wisdom to see me thru. that will NOT be my excuse from not delivering my best.

so yepps. at least i've sorted some things out. it's time to take time to sort the rest tt's growing cobwebs.

p/s.. xueli i suddenly miss hanging out with you a lot... let's go out someday... and dear gal... you ARE in my thoughts.. will be keeping you in prayer.

also love the sun loads! anything outdoor works for me... though i still prefer blading to cycling or running.
